Amir Al-Khami, PhD, MS, is a translational immunologist specializing in drug discovery and development within oncology and immunology. Amir has held positions ranging from Graduate Research Fellow to Senior Director in various leading organizations, including Pfizer and Bicara Therapeutics, focusing on the advancement of immunotherapeutic strategies and novel cancer therapies. With a robust background in both in vitro and in vivo research, Amir combines expertise in target discovery, translational research, and team leadership to drive innovations in the field. Currently, Amir is a Principal Scientist at Recursion, contributing to TechBio discovery biology in preclinical settings. Amir holds a Master's degree in Biology from Tanta University and a PhD in Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.
