Mohamed Ladha is currently the President and General Manager for North America at Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc., overseeing operations across the rare diseases and oncology portfolio. They previously held significant roles at Takeda Oncology as the US Head of the Lung Cancer Franchise Portfolio and at Merck & Co. as a Global Oncology Marketing Leader. With a rich background in commercial strategy and product launch, they have effectively managed teams and P&L responsibilities throughout their career. Mohamed's educational foundation includes studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
