Catherine Jean Powell has extensive experience in various leadership and sales roles, currently serving as President of Canoe Landing, LLC & 18 Vine Inn & Carriage House, LLC since November 2001, specializing in lodging and tourism in Finger Lakes Wine Country. Since March 1994, Catherine has also been a Licensed Realtor with Highlight Realty, focusing on high-value waterfront and investment properties across multiple Florida counties. Earlier career experiences include a Bank Officer role at HSBC, Director of Community Relations and Marketing at Kent Brown Cadillac, and various positions including Customer Service Analyst at Corning Incorporated. Catherine holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University and a B.B.A. from Elmira College, complemented by an Associate degree from Corning Community College.
