Kelly Johnson, MPA, currently serves as the Global Vice President of Corporate Sustainability and Operations at Realterm, having progressed through various leadership roles within the company since September 2019. Prior to this position, Kelly held the Director of Property & Construction Management role at Carlsbad Unified School District and served on the Board of Directors for the Maintenance Superintendents Association, San Diego Area Chapter. Additional experience includes public works roles with the City of Oceanside and the City of Lake Forest, CA, as well as various positions within the City of Carlsbad. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University, a Master of Public Administration from Ashford University, and a Women in Leadership Certification from Cornell University.
