Murat Sensoy, CFA, is an experienced finance professional specializing in equity research and real estate investment analysis. Currently serving as an Equity Research Analyst at S2 Works Limited since October 2022, Murat focuses on public real estate and Equity REITs. In addition, Murat is an Associate Instructor at 2U, teaching MIT’s Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment course, and functions as a Consultant for Realized. Previously, Murat held positions as Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst at Franklin Templeton from 2012 to 2019 and as a Director and Senior Investment Analyst at UBS Global Asset Management from 2008 to 2012. Earlier in the career, Murat worked as a Senior Analyst at State Street Global Advisors from 2003 to 2007. Murat holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
