Sultan Sharrief is a Media Scientist with a specialization in social entrepreneurship and civic design. Currently, they serve as the Event Designer for the MIT Reality Hack and have held the position of Chief Investigator at The Quasar Lab since 2018, where they supervise a team focused on innovative media and technology tools. After running a media company for 14 years, Sultan returned to academia to pursue a Master's degree at MIT. Their previous roles include serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Michigan and Creative Director at Beyond Blue Productions.
