Megan Schaible is a seasoned innovation strategist and executive, currently serving as Principal Innovation Strategist at Reaktor since April 2019. In this role, Megan utilizes a unique blend of business acumen, technology expertise, and AI knowledge to develop innovative solutions and commercial strategies in complex digital environments. Previously, Megan held the position of COO for Reaktor Education and Elements of AI, spearheading global outreach for the award-winning Elements of AI program. Experience also includes roles as Chief Growth Officer at Meeshkan and Managing Director at NordSafety, alongside significant positions in development and fundraising at prestigious institutions including the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge. Megan holds an MBA with double majors in Finance and Data and Entrepreneurship from Aalto University, and additional degrees in Cultural Policy and Management from City, University of London, and History from The University of Tulsa.
