David Breakspear is currently the Lead Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Reading Football Club. They have previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Surrey County Cricket Club and held various roles, including Strength and Conditioning Intern at London Welsh RFC and Middlesex County Cricket Club. David has also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for St Mary's University College's rowing squad and women's rugby union team. They hold a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning Science from St Mary's University College.
