Heather Newlin, MBA, is a strategic and growth-focused executive with extensive experience across various sectors including Intel, National Security, and technology. They served as Chief Operating Officer for multiple organizations, including GovCon Networking and Data Centers and Apogee Research, where they implemented significant operational improvements and drove growth initiatives. Currently, as Chief Delivery Officer at NuAxis Innovations, Heather elevates contract delivery while supporting the company’s expansion into lower middle markets. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
