Sinead Hoffman is a seasoned R&D Manager currently working at RCL FOODS since October 2025, previously holding a similar position at Tiger Brands from October 2018 to September 2025. Sinead's experience spans various roles within the food and beverage industry, including Lead Product & Packaging Technologist and Product Technologist at Tiger Brands, as well as New Product Development Technologist positions at Lynca Meats and BRM Brands. Earlier career experience includes a role as Junior Research and Development Technologist at Rich Products Corporation and a Quality Assurance Student position at Tiger Brands. Sinead holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School, an Advanced Diploma in Packaging from the Institute of Packaging South Africa, and a National Diploma in Food Science and Technology from the University of Johannesburg. Additionally, Sinead is set to complete ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000 V6 Implementation & Maintenance training in November 2024.
