Ruchikaa Bammi is currently the Deputy Vice President at RBL Finserve Limited, where they have also served as Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager. Previously, Ruchikaa held roles at PRIME M2I Consulting Private Limited, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. They contributed to academia as a Lecturer at IIMHRD Pune and as an Assistant Professor at the Career Institute of International Management in Bhopal. Ruchikaa also worked as a Research Fellow at IIFM Bhopal and holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.
