Glenn McGowan is the Managing Director and Co-Head of Municipal Underwriting at RBC Capital Markets, a position they currently hold. Prior to this role, they served as Director of Municipal Syndicate at RBC Capital Markets from 2013 to 2021 and as Vice President of DCM Syndicate at TD Securities from 2012 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes working as an Associate in the Municipal Syndicate at Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2011. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross, graduating in 2006.
