Olanrewaju Rufai has a diverse background in finance and strategy, with significant experience in the FMCG sector. They held various roles at Reckitt, including Head of FP&A and Senior Finance Manager for Central Europe, and previously interned as a Commercial and Finance Analyst at E.ON. Olanrewaju was also involved in leadership positions with organizations such as the Association of Nigerian Scholarship Students in Russia. They earned their CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS and the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
