James Hodges is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as SVP Legal for Corporate, M&A, and Governance at Reckitt. They possess extensive experience as General Counsel and Company Secretary, having contributed significantly to multinational corporate groups, including roles at Hydrodec Group, SSP Group, and Compass Group. James is also a qualified ICSA company secretary and has been a lecturer on the Regulation of Mergers & Acquisitions at the University of Warwick since 2014. They earned a Master of Laws in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation with distinction from the University of Warwick and previously obtained a Master of Arts in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
