Clare Walker is currently the R&D Category Group Director at Reckitt, where they partner with teams to create consumer-driven product solutions aimed at improving health and home environments. Clare’s previous roles include Project Manager at Boots Healthcare International, where they managed new product development in consumer healthcare, and various positions at RB, including Category R&D Director and R&D Manager for New Technologies, where they led global teams and integrated acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Clare worked as an Analytical Chemist at Knoll Pharmaceuticals, developing analytical methods for pharmaceutical APIs. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with first-class honors from Nottingham Trent University.
