Badai Widyastuti Prasthari serves as the Human Resources Director at Reckitt since April 2022. Previously, Badai held various leadership roles at Danone from May 2016 to July 2021, including Talent Development & Learning Director, where responsibilities included leading the talent strategy and managing learning functions in Indonesia. Badai's experience also includes positions at PT Sari Husada as Commercial and Development Manager and Resources & Development Manager, as well as at Kimberly-Clark as HR Business Partner for Indonesia, where end-to-end HR functions were managed. Earlier experience includes HR roles at PZ Cussons, focusing on organizational development and training management. Badai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
