Mohammed Shariff is an experienced professional currently serving as the Team Leader for Enterprise Support at Razorpay since July 2023. Previously, Mohammed held multiple roles at Razorpay, including Senior Analyst in Business Support and Operation, where responsibilities included managing pricing and feature changes for payment gateway products and coordinating with various teams to support high GMV merchants. Prior to Razorpay, Mohammed worked at Swiggy in the Escalation Desk, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and as a Logistics Planner at Zefo, overseeing order management processes. Mohammed began the career at Bharti Airtel as a Sales and Service Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Annamalai University and prior studies at the University of Oxford and Christ University in Bangalore.
