Joseph Pellegrini is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of Advisor Recruiting Consulting at Raymond James. They have extensive experience in the financial services industry, having previously held positions at Ameriprise Financial as a Financial Advisor and District Manager, where they managed a team of advisors. Pellegrini also served as a Business Development Consultant at Raymond James and has been instrumental in supporting financial advisors in their transition to independence. They hold a degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University and have acquired multiple professional certifications, including the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, as well as being a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
