Drazen Karacic Cacan is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Head of Web/App Analytics at Raqtan since May 2021, where responsibilities include managing the web/app tracking and analytics stack across various lines of business and implementing advanced measurement setups using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Drazen also founded Stellar Insights in May 2021, and previously held the position of Senior Web Analyst and eCommerce Consultant at Inchoo for a decade, focusing on data analysis and eCommerce growth. Early career experience includes roles in banking technology development and internet banking solutions, with significant contributions to the establishment of internet banking systems in Croatia, as well as management of a local news portal. Drazen holds a degree from Sveučilište 'Josipa Jurja Strossmayera' in Osijek and a CCNA certification from the Cisco Academy.
