Dustin Matheny is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the software and technology sectors. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at ROC since August 2025, Dustin has previously held positions including Senior Software Engineer at Leidos from March 2024 to August 2025, and DevOps Engineer at DataRobot from April 2022 to March 2024. Prior to these roles, Dustin worked as a Software Engineer at Lakota Software Solutions, Inc. from August 2017 to April 2022, and at Northrop Grumman from September 2015 to August 2017. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
