Sonia Blanc-Paque is currently the Directeur des opérations at Groupe Randstad France, where they lead operational strategy across various networks. Previously, Sonia was Directeur de région at Groupe Randstad France from 2013 to 2022, managing commercial development and team performance in the Isère/Savoie region. Earlier in their career, from 2012 to 2013, Sonia served as Responsable de District for Randstad, overseeing the agency network within the same geographical area. They hold a Maitrise de Philosophie from Université Pierre Mendes France and a Master RH from Grenoble.
