Koryo Higo is currently a Senior Sales Account Director at Randstad Japan K.K. and has been in this role since 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Koryo served as General Manager of the Japan branch at Job Impulse Japan, where they were responsible for financial results and business development. Prior to that, Koryo held the position of Branch Manager at Adecco from 2002 to 2018, overseeing sales strategy and managing a team of 20 people.
