Deb Clarke is a not-for-profit leader with extensive operations, governance, and pedagogical experience. Currently, as the Child and Vulnerable People Compliance Manager at Randstad Australia, Deb develops and implements national strategies for child safety in the Education and Aged Care sectors. Deb has previously served as the CEO of UTS Child Care Inc and the Head of Practice Improvement at Goodstart Early Learning, and has worked as an Academic Tutor at Macquarie University. With a Master's degree in Management Community Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, Deb is recognized for fostering collaborative cultures, driving results, and enhancing employee engagement through evidence-based practices.
