Caroline Jane Millar is a seasoned consultant specializing in foreign policy and national security, with a distinguished background as a former ambassador to the European Union, NATO, and various diplomatic roles within the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Millar has held senior advisory positions at the National Security College at ANU, RAND Australia, and Garran Advisory, demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership in national security and multilateral diplomacy. With a keen interest in promoting opportunities for women in national security and supporting the arts, Millar regularly engages in discussions on security challenges in the Indo-Pacific and Euro-Atlantic regions.
