Josh Olson is the Director of Community and Economic Development at Ramsey County, having previously served as Deputy Director. With extensive experience in urban planning, they have managed significant redevelopment projects, including the Ramsey County Riverfront revitalization effort and the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant redevelopment. Before their current role, Josh worked at the Metropolitan Football Stadium District and held various planning positions in Colorado. They earned a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Valparaiso University.
