Torsten Partsch is currently a Senior Technical Director at Rambus, where they focus on developing future high-performing DRAM device and system solutions for various applications. Since joining Rambus in 2010, Torsten has specialized in DRAM core and interface development, memory system architecture, and intellectual property management, holding over 100 granted US patents. Prior to Rambus, they worked as a Staff Application Engineer at Qimonda and a Staff Design Engineer at Infineon Technologies. Torsten earned a Diplom Ingenieur degree from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau between 1991 and 1997.
