Dora Olsheimer is currently a Team Lead for the Water & Wastewater treatment team at Ramboll in Malmö, where they also serve as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Previously, they held the position of R&D Engineer at AnoxKaldnes from 2014 to 2018, leading projects focused on energy-efficient biological wastewater treatment. Dora's early career included roles as a Laboratory Assistant at ALcontrol Laboratories and a Laboratory Engineer during a summer assignment at VA SYD. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Technology from Malmö University and a Master's degree in Biotechnology and Process Engineering from Lund University. Additionally, Dora was an elite football player from 2006 to 2011.
