David Hourd is a Senior Director at Temple Group, specializing in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for infrastructure projects since June 2020. With over 22 years of experience, David has managed assessments across various sectors including urban development, energy, and highways. Prior to Temple, David held multiple roles at Arcadis UK Ltd, where they were the UK EIA Lead and Business Manager for Environmental Assessment. David is a Chartered Environmentalist, holding a Master's in EIA and Management from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor's in Geography from the University of Southampton.
