Swapna Nair is currently the Vice General Manager of the Global Talent Acquisition Department at Rakuten Group. With a strong background in recruitment, they previously held roles including Senior Manager for Amazon Japan's Operations Business and various positions within Rakuten, where they advanced from Assistant Manager to Executive & MBA Recruiter. Swapna also served as Group Leader at Heidrick & Struggles and began their career as an Assistant to the Deputy Chief Commissioner for Disabilities. They earned a B.Sc (Hons) in Statistics from Delhi University.
