Alexandra Hardman is an experienced hospitality professional with a dedication to training and people development, possessing over a decade of industry experience. Currently, as the Senior Manager of Training Execution at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, they serve as a liaison between restaurant needs and training effectiveness. Previously, as the Area Leader of Training, Hardman supported 22 restaurants in Southeast Houston and The Rio Grande Valley. They also excelled as a Multi-Unit Training and Development Specialist at Torchy’s Tacos, positively influencing the careers of over 400 team members, and received the Department of the Year award in 2021. Hardman's hospitality career began at Texas Roadhouse, where they held multiple roles over nearly 12 years, earning recognition as Training Coordinator Game Changer and Service Manager of the Year.
