Katie's extensive background includes positions such as SVP of Customer Success at iTradeNetwork, where they established a successful Customer Success department, and VP of Professional Services at Optymyze, overseeing a large team and driving strategic initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Information Systems from Penn State University, obtained in 2002.
