From 2005 to 2009, they served as Head of Development and Deputy Secretary General at Forum Syd, overseeing a large multi-million dollar program across various continents. Subsequently, they held various leadership positions at Save the Children, including Deputy International Programme Director, Director of Award Management, and Country Director for Cote d’Ivoire, managing complex programs focused on child rights and protection in crisis settings.
