Previously, Nita served as the Renault UK Contact Centre Training Quality & Competence Manager at RAC, responsible for training and quality frameworks. With over 12 years of experience in aftersales training and 29 years within the automotive industry, Nita has a robust background that includes dealer consultancy and customer standards auditing. They also held the position of RAC Ford Workshop Quality Specialist, managing service quality standards for Ford's authorized dealer network. Nita studied Business & Finance at both Wolverhampton Polytechnic and The Polytechnic of Wales.
