Tom Kuijper is an enthusiastic and innovative leader with extensive experience in general management, product management, and operations. They served as Managing Director for Bonar Floors GmbH from 2007 to 2009 and held the position of Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for Woningcorporatie ZVH from 2009 to 2017. Currently, Tom is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for both Intermaris and Rabobank, where their focus remains on improving organization profitability and customer orientation. Additionally, they play an active role on several supervisory boards and have a history of driving successful strategic initiatives across various organizations. Tom holds a degree from the University of St.Gallen.
