Previously, they served as Chief Operating Officer of Rabobank New Zealand and led Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement at Rabobank Australia and New Zealand. With a strong background in agribusiness analysis and continuous improvement, Lloyd demonstrated leadership in delivering over 100 initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and saved significant employee hours. They hold a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney and are certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
