Vishal Desai is an experienced professional in customer management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Management/Operations at R1 RCM. Previously, Vishal held multiple principal roles at IRI, including Principal - Client Professional Services, Principal - Client Operations Services, and Principal - Production Operations (Global Delivery). Prior to that, Vishal was the Director of Central Operations at Accretive Health and worked as a Data Resource Analyst at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Vishal's early career included a role as a Student Project Analyst at Blackwell Consulting Services. Vishal earned a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai.
