Jean Marie (JM) Perchalski has over two decades of experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and managerial roles. Currently serving as an HRIS Analyst II at QXO since May 2025, JM previously held positions as an ERP Analyst II and Senior HRIS Analyst at Beacon Building Products from January 2024 to May 2025, and as an HRIS Analyst at Beacon Roofing Supply from June 2019 to March 2023. Prior experience includes an HR Operations Manager role at Guckenheimer, where JM was responsible for HRIS implementations and training, as well as running Firebird Prepress LLC as Owner/President from 2003 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of South Florida and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, respectively.
