This team is responsible for managing client onboarding, providing expert support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing queries and resolving issues. Through their efforts, they ensure that clients can fully leverage Quintessence's powerful technology to enhance their investment management and research processes.

Client Operations and Support

The Support Team at Quintessence ensures seamless operation and user satisfaction by providing technical assistance and office management. The Office Manager oversees administrative tasks and office logistics, while the ICT Support team addresses technical issues and maintains the IT infrastructure. Together, they ensure that both clients and internal staff experience minimal disruptions and optimal productivity.
