Tessa Eng is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as the VP of Engineering for Storefront and Growth at Quince since November 2025. Prior to this role, Tessa spent over 15 years at Google, where notable positions included Director of Engineering for Google Search Vertical Experiences and Director of Engineering for Shopping on Search, overseeing large teams and driving innovations in user shopping experiences. Tessa's career also includes roles as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, where responsibility encompassed facilitating over a billion shopping journeys daily, and earlier positions at Qualcomm and Bloomberg during internship experiences. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and served as the Board Secretary for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Internet Society.
