Darren Tan Xiao Ze is currently the Key Account Technical Support Team Leader at Quicktron Robotics, where they handle technical inquiries and manage the support team. They previously served as a Technical Support Engineer, providing support for robotic products and collaborating with internal teams to improve system performance. Darren completed a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering with Honours at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, achieving a CGPA of 3.637, and also holds a Foundation degree in Mechatronics Engineering. They gained valuable experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at Schneider Electric, focusing on optimizing customer satisfaction and product quality.
