Philippe Westelynck has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as HR Director for Europe at Questel since August 2000, with responsibilities including payroll management across multiple regions, administrative tasks, and commercial commission calculations. Philippe also held positions as HR Manager and Accountant, overseeing payment processes and establishing a debt collection unit. Prior to Questel, Philippe was Deputy Director at AZMI Corporation in Riyadh, where risk assessment and financial negotiations were key duties, and served as Senior Accountant at Franserres S.A., managing financial tracking and client relations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Philippe's educational background includes a Manager des managers degree from Actinuum and various accounting qualifications from French institutions.
