With over 18 years of experience in Laboratory Science Management, they have developed extensive expertise in molecular diagnostics, physician relations, and operational management. Steven has held various prominent roles in health organizations, including Assistant Laboratory Director at Cornell Scott - Hill Health Corporation and Senior Operations Manager at Quest Diagnostics. They possess advanced degrees including an MBA and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, and have earned multiple awards for leadership, including the Gold Medal Manager Award in 2015.
