With extensive experience in laboratory operations and quality assurance, Hallie currently serves as the Director of Laboratory Operations for Quest Diagnostics, overseeing regions including Western Pennsylvania, Upstate New York, NE Ohio, and the WV Panhandle since February 2023. Prior roles at Quest Diagnostics included Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and various leadership positions focused on quality assurance and customer operations, emphasizing compliance with all relevant regulations to ensure excellence in patient care.
