Capt Akshay Asthana is currently the Head of Administration & Facility Management Solutions Group at Quess Corp Limited, overseeing real estate, business administration, and physical security initiatives across the JAPAC and Middle East region. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Employee Services for the APAC Region at GlobalLogic and held various positions in security management, including Senior Manager at United Health Group and AVP at State Street. A former Captain in the Indian Army, they managed logistics, security policies, and infrastructure projects during their military tenure. Capt Asthana holds a BCom in Foreign Trade from Osmania University and an MBA in HR & Operations from the Management Development Institute.
