Renee Wells is currently the Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer at Queens University of Charlotte, where they focus on enhancing inclusive practices across the institution. Previously, they have held leadership roles at Middlebury College as Assistant Vice President of Education for Equity and Inclusion, and at North Carolina State University as Director of the GLBT Center. They developed their expertise through earlier positions at Michigan Technological University as Assistant Director for the Center for Diversity and Inclusion and as an English Instructor at The University of Alabama. Renee holds a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
