Kristin Williams Tokić is a senior HR and compliance leader with over two decades of experience in global mobility and talent strategy. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for International Student Services at Queens University of Charlotte, Kristin leads innovative programs to enhance the international student experience. Prior roles include managing a family business in Croatia, directing theatre education at Encore Jr. Sr. High School for the Performing Arts, and coordinating virtual curricula at Ivybrook Academy. Kristin holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership.
