Alexander James

Manager, Customer Success Engineering

Alexander James has extensive experience in customer success engineering and data science, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success Engineering at Quantum Metric since January 2022. Prior roles include Head of Insight at Future, and various leadership positions at GoCo Group, where responsibilities spanned data science and digital analytics. Alexander's career also includes key roles at RBS as Digital Tagging Manager, and at Ensighten, where contributions as a Managing Consultant involved significant e-commerce client projects. Beginning as a JavaScript developer at SiteTagger, Alexander has a solid foundation in web analytics and tag management, supported by a BSc in Software Development with Web Programming from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
