Matthias M. is currently the COO and CRO at QuantStack, where they oversee operations and the design of a lean data backbone. Previously, Matthias completed a PhD in Geophysics at the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, focusing on seismic wave simulations. They held various roles at Tweag, including Sociotechnical Systems Manager and Head of Data Engineering and Data Science, where they led projects across data science and engineering. Matthias has also worked as a Post-Doc analyzing vibrations to predict ocean wave height and contributed to research at the Max Planck Institute. After Tweag's acquisition by Modus Create, Matthias continues to manage a significant portion of the client portfolio while working in digital operations and data consulting.
