Elyse Austin, MSHR, is an accomplished professional in talent development and human resources with a diverse background spanning several roles in notable organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Development at Quanta Services, Inc. since November 2025, Elyse has previously held positions at Quanta Services, including Manager of Total Rewards - Retirement Plans, HR Business Partner, and Senior Benefits Analyst from September 2024 to November 2025.
