Jen O'Neill

Head of Customer Operations, EMEA

Jen O'Neill possesses extensive experience in customer operations and management consulting, having most recently served as Head of Customer Operations, EMEA at Qualtrics from November 2023 to March 2022. This senior leadership role involved strategic planning and global oversight of customer operations, particularly in the EMEA region. Prior to Qualtrics, Jen held various positions at Deloitte Ireland from September 2017 to December 2020, including Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant, focusing on large-scale technical and business change projects in the financial services and healthcare sectors. Earlier experience at Accenture from September 2011 to July 2014 included roles such as EMEA Global Operations Manager and Management Consulting Analyst, with responsibilities spanning project management and stakeholder engagement.
